at least you weren’t blown away by any gimmicks, lol. i wish i could say they sound great but after watching that youtube video i was slightly more disappointed than when i saw them on t.v. during last year’s superbowl. i’m sure it’s different if you’re there. but at 400 bucks a pop? that’s them saying “pay me, i’m almost dead.” they don’t even really have to be good anymore. oh well, at least they spend most of that 4 hun on lights, fire, inflatable devices, moving stages, 60 person crew, catering, personal jets, etc. i’m not hating, just saying.

I don’t know modern technolgy works but it is great. Today, our mail included a letter addressed to Matt Ring . It was from AARP. They were concerned that they haven’t heard from you and they had a lot of “keen” offers for you. I believe somehow,they took a mass photo of everyone at the concert They fed the photo into a computer and with 99.87% accuracy concluded everyone was at least 55 years old. If your name wasn’t already on their list you got a letter. I would like you to contact AARP and get an address correction..

There must be something about classic rock going around in the air. This week at Key Arena, The Who, Roger Waters, and Bob Dylan are all headlining on separate nights. I have to admit, I haven’t even listened to any of them, but today they were desperately giving away tickets to the Who just to make sure the seats were full. Seriously. The email I got from the promotions department claimed I could get up to 4 free tickets (not necessarily together) as long as I promised to actually show up. And no, it didn’t entice me to walk all the way down stairs and around the corner just to see the Who (who? Exactly).
